Please Read Carefully!!! All purchases are Non Refundable. Once an order has been placed, we are not able to honor cancellations/refunds. Store Credit only.
Returns
Due to availability on items, exchanges are accepted for Store Credit ONLY. Return policy allows for 7 days for all exchanges. If the 7 day window for returns has passed, exchanges for store credit will not be offered, No Exceptions. Please be aware that exchanges are free, but the buyer is responsible for shipping cost.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, with tags in their original place. We reserve the right to deny any buyer store credit if the returned item is not in appropriate condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. It is important to make sure, that when shipping back an item you consider using tracked shipping. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, nor are we responsible for any returns sent to the incorrect address
To start your return process, contact us at info@madeyouluxe.com with your first/last name, order number and item you would like to exchange for store credit. An address will be provided to you for your return. Please allow for 24hrs for a response regarding your exchange.
Lost or Stolen Merchandise
MadeYouLuxe is Not Responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly at (1-800-272-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported to the Mail Carriers Claims Department.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached. Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. On-returnable merchandise includes: sale products, formal dresses, bodysuits, bodysuit sets, mask, any sets including a mask and all accessories.
- We Reserve the Right to Refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and or smoke.
- The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to MadeYouLuxe.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- MadeYouLuxe diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
- Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
